These General Terms and Conditions govern participation in the German-Turkish Automotive Summit 2026 (hereinafter the "Event"), organized by Uludağ Otomotiv Endüstrisi İhracatçıları Birliği (OİB).
By registering, participants accept these Terms and Conditions.
Participation in the event is by invitation and accreditation only. Registration via the online form constitutes a non-binding request. A right to participate only arises upon written confirmation by the organizer.
The organizer reserves the right to reject registrations without giving reasons.
Participation is personal and non-transferable. Passing on accreditation to third parties is not permitted.
Participants are required to follow the venue rules and the instructions of the organizer and security staff.
The organizer reserves the right to adjust the program — in particular speakers, topics or the schedule — if necessary. Such changes do not give rise to any right of withdrawal or claim for damages.
If the event is canceled for reasons beyond the organizer's control (e.g. force majeure, official orders), no claims for compensation arise.
The organizer is only liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence only exists in case of breach of material contractual obligations (cardinal duties) and is limited to the contractually typical, foreseeable damage.
The organizer is not liable for theft, loss or damage to items brought by participants.
Image and audio recordings will be made during the event. By participating, attendees consent to the recording and publication of these materials — e.g. for reporting, press work, the website and social media channels.
A revocation is possible upon written request, to the extent technically and organizationally feasible.
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is — to the extent legally permissible — the location of the venue.
Should individual provisions of these Terms be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that comes closest to the economic purpose of the invalid one.
